Ingredients:
1kg baisan
1cup FLOUR
1cup cream
1cup sugar(u can add more if u want)
dry fruits(badam pista kaju etc)
Seeds of 45 small illaichi
OIL (as required but it should be more than ghee)
GHEE 1 CUP
Preparation:
1.mix oil & ghee.
2.put oil and some ghee & 23 seeds of ilaichi.
3.then add baisan in it & start mixing them till it becomes golden brown.
4.in another karhai or pan and add remaining ghee & oil & ilaichi in it.
5.add flour(atta) in it & do the same process till it changes it color or till it smells comes out.
6.then add baisan ,cream,sugar &all dry fruits till sugar melts.
7.make their laddo from hand.
