Ingredients:
MARINATION OF THE CHICKEN:
Chicken Breast fillets at least 2 (for now)
Salt as per taste
White Pepper 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto(Chinese salt) 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
Add the above to the chicken steaks for at least 1/2hr
RED CURRENT SAUCE
Butter 3 tbsp
Tomatoes at least 4 large chopped
Onions 1 Medium Chopped
Garlic Chopped 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Ajwain 1 pinch
Salt as per taste
White pepper – 1/2tsp
Chicken stock – 1/2cup.(can easily be made by boiling chicken cubes in water)
Cornflour – 1tsp
Coriander leaves chopped – For garnishing – appx.2tbsp!
Preparation:
FOR THE STEAKS
Heat butter in a pan.
Add to it the chicken fillets.
Fry till Golden brown & put aside.
FOR THE RED CURRENT SAUCE:
Heat butter in a pan;
Add onion, garlic and saute;
Add tomatoes and saute; Put aside for cooling;
Blend the mixture in a blender and after doing that heat the mixture again;
Add chicken sock to it with salt,ajwain, white pepper;
When bubbles appear add to it the mixture of cornflour with water;
Stir until the mixture thickens;
In the end Add lemon juice and turn of the heat;
Spread sauce on the steak and serve hot with boiled veggies or mashed potatoes or French fries or whatever u desire. Garnish with Coriander leaves!!
