Ingredients:
Cottage cheese, cut in squares 250 g
Onion, finely chopped 1 medium
Onion, cut in squares 1 medium
Tomatoes, finely chopped 2 medium
Capsicum, cut in squares 2 medium
Green chillies, finely chopped 3
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
* Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry finely chopped onions till golden brown. Remove onions from oil, combine with chopped tomatoes and grind fine.
* Put the remaining 2 tbsp oil in the same pan, add tomato and onion mixture and fry on medium heat for a few minutes.
* Then add the green chillies and other spices, stir till the spices are cooked, about 7-8 minutes and oil separates from gravy.
* Add capsicums and square cut onions, fry again stirring on medium heat. Put in the cottage cheese, continue frying for a few more minutes.
* Turn heat down to low and simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat.
* Serve with Paho chicken.
