Ingredients:
Green coriander (hara dhaniya) 1 cup / 100 gm
Tomato, big 1
Onion, big 1
Green chillies 3-4
Salt to taste
Lemon (nimbu), juice 1
Method:
Grind all ingredients (except salt and lemon juice) with just enough water to make a smooth paste. Add salt and lemon juice and mix well. Store, refrigerated in a clean dry jar.
