Ginger Chutney

Ingredients

- Fresh coconut, grated 2 tbsp.
- Ginger 1/2 inch piece
- Green chilies 3 nos.
- Thick tamarind (Imli) extract 1 tbsp.
- Jaggery As per taste
- Salt As required

For Seasoning
- Mustard seeds 1 /4 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp

Methods:

1.Fry chopped ginger with green chilies for 1 or 2 minutes.

2.Grind it with coconut, salt and jaggery.

3.Heat oil, add mustard and pour tamarind extract with ground paste.

4.Stir well for 1 or 2 minutes, serve.
