Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
5 to 6 green chillies
3 tsp coriander leaves chopped
15 to 20 chicken boneless pieces
1 cup cornflour in water
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation:
Golden brown garlic in oil, add chillies and chicken.Fry for 2 minutes then add coriander leaves and water,After a simmer add cornflour thicken it then add salt,pepper and soy sauce.Cook fer 5 minutes and serve with Chinese rice.
