Ingredients:
1/2 cup green chillies
1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp ginger, chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and dry the chillies.Cut off the stalks and chop roughly.Blend all the ingredients together for 15 minutes before serving.
