Ingredients:
Coriander, fresh 1 cup
Onion, sliced 1 large
Green chillies 2-3
Garlic, chopped 3 cloves
Ginger, chopped 1/2 inch pieces
Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
Water 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
* Combine all ingredients with 2 tbsp of water and grind, to make a thick chutney.
* Serve with appetizers and as an accompaniment to chicken and rice dishes.
