Ingredients:

Bread (Big) 1 loaf
Chicken boiled slices ½ cup
Maida 2 tbsp
Fresh milk 1 cup
Pepper 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cheese (grated) 1 cup

Method:

* In a pot melt butter then add maida in it and fry a little, remove the pot from the flame and cool it. Now add milk in this pot and stir with wooden spoon (doi). Place the pot again on sugar, white chillies and chicken, mix well.
* Take the bread slice and divide it into half. Now butter the slice and spread chicken white sauce over it. Above this place a cheese piece and cover the slice with the other half to make a sandwich. Place all the sandwiches in the oven-proof tray and grill for 10 minutes, when cheese melts and sandwich are golden brown with delicious smell then your dish is ready.
* Serve it hot with ketchup.
