Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon red chili flakes
1 tablespoon salt
Preparation:
1. Combine the vinegar, sugar and water and boil till the mixture becomes a thick syrup.
2. Cool slightly, add the crushed red chillies and the salt.
3. Allow to stand for at least 6 hours before using.
4:Adjust the vinegar and chillies to your taste.
