Ingredients:
Potato 250 gm boiled
Onion fine 200 gm chopped
Mustard 10 gm
Vinegar 5 ml
Soya Dill or (parsley) 40 gm
Salt and pepper to taste
Chef salad oil 10 ml
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Method:
Boil potato and cut into small cubes (1/2 ‘’). Mix mayonnaise lemon juice, salt, pepper, oil, mustard, onion, put in serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley or Soya dill, cucumber, lettuce leaf and tomato rose.
