Crispy Pizza Chicken Loaf

Ingredients:

Bread slices, buttered 25
Chicken, boiled and shredded 3 breast pieces
Spring onions, finely chopped 3
Capsicums, finely chopped 1 large, remove seeds
Chili garlic sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Green chillies, finely chopped 4-5
Margarine 2 1/2 tbsp

Tomato sauce:

Tomato 5 medium, pureed
Green chillies, coarsely ground 4
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Garlic pepper hot sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Butter or cooking oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

* Preheat oven to 180°C.
* Chicken filling: In a saucepan, heat margarine and fry chicken on low heat for a few minutes. Then turn up the heat and add all vegetables and seasonings. Mix well stirring for a minute and set aside.
* Tomato sauce: In a saucepan, heat margarine and fry garlic, green chillies and oregano together on low heat, then add all sauces and seasonings and cook on low heat for a few minutes. Add tomato puree, stir on high heat for four minutes. Cover the saucepan and simmer on low heat, till sauce becomes thick.
* Pizza loaf: Grease a large baking tray. Spread slices of bread with chicken filling, and cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and garnish with a few drops of hot garlic sauce. Set in the greased baking tray. Prepare all slices in this way.
* Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or till the cheese melts and bread is a little crispy.
* Serve hot with sweet and sour lasagna or pasta dishes.

Mexican Pita Bread Pizza

Ingredients:

large pita breads, split horizontally
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked boneless meat or chicken pieces
1 tbsp green chillies, diced
½ cup sliced green bell peppers
½ cup lettuce, shredded
½ cup tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Method:

*Place the pita breads on two pizza trays.
*Divide one cup cheese equally among the two pita breads.
*Spoon meat/chicken mixture over cheese. sprinkle green chillies, bell peppers and tomatoes.
*Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
*To serve, top with additional cheese and lettuce as soon as the pizza is out of the oven and still hot.

Hot Pepper Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

Large size pizza base 2
Chicken breast, boiled and shredded 2
Green chillies, finely chopped 4
Capsicums, finely chopped 3 medium
Spring onions, finely chopped 3, green part only
Black pepper, powdered 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pizza cheese, grated 4 tbsp
Chili cheese 4 tbsp
Dried oregano pinch

Method:

* Preheat oven to 240°C.
* In a saucepan heat butter, add boiled, shredded chicken and salt and fry for 3 minutes. Add green chillies, black pepper and paprika, mix well and continue to fry. Add all vegetables, fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
* Grease a round baking tray lightly. Put the pizza base on it, spread the chicken mixture on it, sprinkle the two grated cheese on it generously. Sprinkle the oregano on cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes till pizza becomes crispy.
* Serve hot.

Chicken Pita Pizza

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg cut into small cubes
Hot chili sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Ginger / garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cream cheese spread
Grated cheese 5 tbsp
Oregano pinch
Capsicum, finely chopped 1 large
Spring onions, finely chopped 2
Corn (boiled) 1 cup
Butter or oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Pita bread 5

Method:

* Marinate the chicken in hot chili sauce, ginger / garlic paste, black pepper, paprika and salt for 30 minutes.
* Heat butter and stir fry the marinated chicken on medium heat. Add all vegetables and corn, mix well, and stir on high heat for 4 minutes.
* Grease a large baking tray with cooking oil. Spread the pita bread with a little cream cheese on both sides. Add chicken filling on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano.
* Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c until it becomes crispy and light brown in color.
* Serve with tea, or cut in slices and serve as an appetizer.

UpSide Down Pizza

Ingredients:

1 cup boiled boneless chicken
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup olives
1 cup pizza sauce
8 oz mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp oil
Popover batter
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tbs oil
1/4 tsp salt

Method:

*This pizza has a twist to it –– it is upside down with the crust on top! Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and fry for five minutes.
*Add capsicum and olives.
*Add pizza sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes.
*Pour into a transparent glass baking tray or dish, and top with mozzarella cheese.
*Mix eggs, milk, oil and salt in a bowl.
*Add flour and mix well.
*Pour popover batter over the chicken mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
*Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup spicy barbecue sauce/chili sauce
2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 cup sliced capsicum
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp crushed red chillies

Method:

*Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place pizza crust on a baking tray and spread the crust with barbecue sauce.
*Top with chicken, coriander, capsicum, onion, and both kinds of cheese.
*Sprinkle the crushed chillies on top.
*Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Veggie Lover’s Pizza

Ingredients:

1 tbsp oil
1 tsp crushed red chillies
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, sliced
1 large green pepper, de-seeded and chopped
1 medium capsicum, chopped
1 cup broccoli/cauliflower florets
½ cup olives
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
2 thin pizza crusts

Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large non-stick pan, heat oil and add crushed red chillies, onion, pepper and capsicum and sauté them for five minutes or until they begin to soften.
Toss in the broccoli or cauliflower florets and olives, and cook for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat.
Place the pizza crusts on two non-stick baking trays and evenly sprinkle half the cheese.
Spread the pizza sauce over them and then arrange the sautéed vegetables and tomato slices on the crusts.
Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes or until the edges of the crust are golden brown.

Chicken Tikka Pizza

Ingredients:

Pizza base 1 large size
Chicken tikka, boneless small cubes 1/4 kg
Capsicum, finely chopped 1 large
Spring onion, finely chopped 2
Pizza cheese, grated 1 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 cup
Chili cheese, grated 1/2 cup
Butter as required

Pizza sauce
Tomatoes 6 medium
Basil leaves 6 fresh, or 1/4 tsp dried
Green chillies 4
Garlic cloves 6
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Butter 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

Pizza sauce: Grind tomatoes, garlic, green chillies and basil leaves in a mixer grinder. In a saucepan, heat butter and fry oregano on low heat. Add tomato puree mixture, chilli sauce and ketchup. Mix well on high heat till it boils. Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat, till tomato puree becomes thick and butter separates from the sauce. Remove from heat. In a
separate bowl mix the cheese together and keep aside.
Apply a little butter to the pizza base, then spread pizza sauce, chicken, vegetables and finally spread the cheese mixture and finish with little butter on top. Bake in a preheated oven on high temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with garlic bread.

Hot & Spicy Pizza

For Dough Ingredients:

Maida 2 Cups
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 TBsp
Milk 3/4 Cup

For Topping:

Chicken boiled & shredded or cooked mince 1/2-1 Cup
Tomatoes 2 cut into cubes
Capsicum 1 cut into cubes
Onion 1 chopped
Pickled Olives 1-2TBsp
Salt to taste
Red Chillies powder 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies 2 chopped
Ketchup to taste
Pizza Sauce to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Mozzarella Cheese to taste

Method:

Take lukewarm milk, mix sugar & yeast. Cover it for 15 minutes.
Mix Maida, salt, oil & yeast mixture. Knead the dough well. Cover it for 2 hours.
In a pan take 1 Tbsp, saute onion, then add tomatoes, chicken, salt, red chillies powder. Cook little. Then add capsicum, green chillies, black pepper. mix & cook little.
Roll the dough on pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce, then spread the above chicken mixture. Sprinkle olives, tomato ketchup, cheese & black pepper.
Put it in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until it is done. Serve hot.

Yummy Delish Pizza

Ingredients:

Bisquik Salsa
Boiled Chicken pieces
cheddar Cheese
Crushed Pepper Flakes

Preparation:

Make the Bisquik how it says on the package.Spread the bisquik on a large rectangle pan.Spread Salsa on top like a real pizza.Sprinkle Cheese and put into a 400 degree oven.While that is cooking, Get your tiny cutlets of chicken out and put it in some frying oil and add crushed pepper flakes after it has cooked, take out the pizza and sprinkle chicken on top.Take out the pizza after 1522 minutes and check if everything is cooked. After that, cut pizza up .

Pizza

Ingredients:

Dough ingredients
2 pounds, 3 ounces (1 kilogram) strong bread flour
1 ounce (30 grams) sugar
1 ounce (30 grams) salt
1 ounce dried yeast
1 pint (565 milliliters) tepid water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Topping:
cheese any kind
and whatever you want like tomatoes,onions,olives,peppers,chicken,mushrooms etc.

Preparation:

Put the flour onto a work surface or use a bowl,if you are short of space.Using your fingers, make a big well in the middle of the flour.Add the sugar,salt and yeast then pour in the tepid water and olive oil.Using a fork,make circular movements from the center moving outwards, slowly bringing in more of the flour until all the yeast mixture is soaked up.This should be starting to look like dough now so you can start to work and knead it until it is smooth. This should take around 4 minutes.Roll out to a sausage shape and divide into 8 or 10 balls, depending on how large you want the pizzas to be.

Flour the surface and roll each pizza out to about the thickness of 3 beer coasters (1/3 of an inch). They don’t have to be perfectly round, they should look homemade. Place each pizza on a lightly oiled and floured piece of tin foil. Flour the top of the pizza, placing another on top of it. Flour that and repeat this until all the pizzas are stacked together. These can be frozen for a couple of months, placed in the fridge for 10 hours, or cooked straight away. Lightly top with your chosen topping (the simpler the better) and bake directly on the oven bars for 10 minutes at your oven’s highest temperature.

Cheesesteak Pizza

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion , sliced thin, separated into rings
1 small green or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package (16 ounces) thick pre-baked pizza crust (12-inch)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Heat oven to 400°F.
Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 minutes.
Add onion and bell pepper; cook until beef is not pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, breaking beef up into small crumbles.
Pour off drippings; season with salt and pepper.
Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
Top with beef mixture, then cheese.
Bake in 400°F oven 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Bread pizza

Ingredients

- 4 large slices of bread
- 4 slices cheese
- 1 Capsicum
- 8-10 olives
- 8 tbsp. Ketchup
- hot Sauce as your taste
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 1\2 tsp. oregano
- black pepper

Methods:

1. Toast the bread in a toaster. Roughly chop the chicken. .Cut the pepper into 1 inch sticks. Cover each toast with thin layer of ketchup and hot sauce. Season with pepper and sprinkle with oregano.
2. Decorate each with chicken, bell pepper and olives. Put cheese slice on the top of each pizza.
3. Place the pizzas in the microwave oven and cook until the cheese melts.
4. Serve hot with potato wedges.
