Rice And Veggies Stir Fry

Ingredients:

1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 green onion
1 cucumber
3 gloves of garlic(minced)

2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 cup of cooked rice (any kind
brown
white
basitmi)

Preparation:

Saute all veggies together in skillet (water, or 2 teaspoon of olive oil) until tender. Add soy sauce, honey and ginger then add rice. I eat seafood so I sauted my shrimp (about 15 medium) with the veggies.
