Ingredients:
Grape Fruits 2
Papaya 1 (peeled, deseeded and sliced)
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Sprig mint 1 (leaves only)
Method:
Peel the grape fruits with a sharp knife, then cut into thin, round slices, arrange on a serving platter with the papaya, and sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Cover with cling film until ready to serve. Setter over the mint, just before serving.
