Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 capsicum/green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 spring onion, chopped
2/3 green chillies, chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
A pinch of thyme
1 tbsp fresh coriander/ mint leaves, chopped
oil
Preparation:
Beat eggs.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Pour mixture in the pan and cook on slow flame.
When puffed, flip the omelet and cook the other side.
